Payments & Billing

• Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Late payments may result in project pause or additional charges
• Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received

Intellectual Property

• Final approved work becomes the client’s property after full payment
• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio
• Drafts, unused concepts, and preliminary designs remain our property

Revisions & Modifications

• Revisions are limited to the number agreed in the proposal
• Additional revisions may require extra charges
• Major project changes may require a revised agreement

Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality work, but we are not responsible for:

• Loss of data caused by third-party platforms
• Business losses resulting from service interruptions
• Issues arising from client-provided materials

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

• Work completed up to termination must be paid for
• Deposits remain non-refundable
• All outstanding balances must be cleared immediately

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and business information.

• Confidential materials will not be shared with third parties
• Both parties agree to protect sensitive information
